About Dr. Nassif

Dr. Ivan Nassif

Dr. Nassif is a native Clevelander raised on the near west side.  He is an alumni of St. Ignatius High School and The Ohio State University. Dr. Nassif, a third generation doctor, spent much of his youth working in his parents’ medical office in downtown Cleveland.  It was from them he learned how to listen and provide compassionate care for his patients. Dr. Nassif always knew he would pursue a career in healthcare and searched to find a discipline that was in tune with his personal philosophy of health which included more natural and drug free interventions. He found his calling in the complementary disciplines of Chiropractic and Acupuncture.

Dr. Nassif attended New York Chiropractic College where he completed a rigorous Doctor of Chiropractic Program concurrent with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture. Immediately after graduation, Dr. Nassif’s exceptional clinical skills earned him a position as a clinical instructor at New York Chiropractic College, seeing patients and supervising students.

In 2007  Dr. Nassif and his wife Michelle decided to return home to Northeast Ohio to raise their son Max near friends and family. Dr. Nassif currently practices in the Chagrin Valley where he specializes in Activator Technique, a gentle low force form of chiropractic.

Dr. Ivan A. Nassif holds the rare distinction of a master’s degree in the ancient and healing art of acupuncture in addition to his doctor of chiropractic degree. His studies include an internship in China where he learned the traditions of acupuncture from the masters.  He draws from the philosophies of both chiropractic and acupuncture to give both unique and individualized care.
