Dr. Maddie Hurguy is a family chiropractor specializing in prenatal, perinatal, and pediatric chiropractic care. At Chagrin Valley Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center LLC, she is passionate about helping individuals and families build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness through neurologically focused chiropractic care.
Her goal is to empower and educate patients to make informed decisions about their health while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive through evidence-informed, patient-centered treatment.
Specialized Prenatal and Pediatric Chiropractic Care
Dr. Maddie earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. During chiropractic school, she was an active member of the Family Wellness Club, where she developed a deep appreciation for the benefits of chiropractic care for the entire family.
She also completed advanced training and seminars focused on pediatric and perinatal chiropractic techniques and is certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized chiropractic method commonly used during pregnancy. During her clinical internship, Dr. Maddie gained hands-on experience caring for children of all ages and supporting expectant mothers throughout every stage of pregnancy.
She continues to expand her expertise in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care through ongoing education with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Education and Holistic Health Background
Before attending chiropractic school, Dr. Maddie graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Psychology.
She has always been passionate about holistic health, addressing the root causes of health concerns, and promoting overall wellness through nutrition, movement, and healthy lifestyle habits. Chiropractic care allows her to combine these interests while helping patients feel their best naturally.

As a Northeast Ohio native, Dr. Maddie loves serving the local community and helping families in the Chagrin Valley area improve their health and wellness. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring local restaurants, being outdoors, and crafting.
